BOARD OF CORRECTION IDAPA RULE NUMBER None POLICY STATEMENT It is the policy of the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) to ensure that all employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents are free of illegal drug use in their respective workplaces. PURPOSE The IDOC must develop and maintain policies and practices to sustain a drug -free workplace for all employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents. SCOPE This policy applies to all employees of the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC), Correctional Industries, the Commission of Pardons and Parole, and all volunteers, contractors, and agents. RESPONSIBILITY The director is responsible to implement the requirements set forth in this policy. Division and facility leaders and responsible to implement standard operating procedures to provide further clarification of the requirements in this policy. REFERENCES None – End of Document –
