safety and security of the institution if any of the inmates should gain unauthorized
control of them.

The following items in the institutions must appear on an up-to-date inventory of
potentially dangerous items:
Dangerous and toxic substances, including:
All drugs and medical supplies.
Cleaning fluids.
Paint and lacquer thinners.
Duplicating fluids.
Insecticides.
Disinfectants.

Acid or corrosives.
Any other noxious, intoxicating, sedative, or hypnotic substance.
Tools- any hazardous tools or equipment used in the institution.
Fire equipment.
Firearms and ammunition, explosives.
Kitchen equipment such as knives, forks, etc.
