BOARD OF CORRECTION IDAPA RULE NUMBER None POLICY STATEMENT It is the policy of the department that all employees of the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC), Correctional Industries, Commission of Pardon and Parole , and all contractors, volunteers and agents have a commitment to professional conduct and refrain from fraternization with offenders. PURPOSE The purpose of this policy is to communicate the department’s expectations regarding non- fraternization with offenders. SCOPE This policy applies to all department employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents. RESPONSIBILITY The human resource manager is responsible to establish a standard operating procedure regarding non-fraternization with offenders. REFERENCES None – End of Document –
