It is the policy of the Board of Correction that the department shall prepare and revise a
strategic plan and a performance plan as required by Idaho Code, Section 67-1902 and
67-1903.

The division of management services will coordinate the annual review of the department’s
strategic plan.
The division of management services will submit annual strategic plan updates to the
division of financial management.
The division of management services will maintain a database of the information necessary
to calculate performance measures.

Each division will submit monthly performance measure data in the format and timeframe
defined by management services.
Management services will report the department’s annual performance measures to the
division of financial management.
