Provide for occupant protection by reviewing a reliable evacuation procedure. When
dealing with inmates, evacuation should be to a predetermined secure area.
The following should be reviewed on a yearly basis:
Early detection
Reliable suppression activities
General staff education
General inmate education
Emergency preparedness plan
