Due to the availability of prior Presentence Investigation (PSI) and/or Idaho Department of Correction
(IDOC) materials, the Court has ordered a File Review PSI. A File Review PSI does not involve an interview
but you have an opportunity to provide written information for the Court’s consideration. To do so, please
answer the following questions, using additional paper if necessary. If you are in custody, have these answers
and any other written material you want the Court to consider (i.e. character reference letters, treatment
program inquiries, etc.) available for pick-up by IDOC staff. If you are out of custody, please contact the
Presentence office (phone number listed below) and make arrangements to get your information to your
assigned investigator.
