Any one of these persons may revise, suspend, or rescind any procedural steps—at any time—at his/her sole discretion. General requirements The purpose of this Field Memorandum is to identify those who have access to an inmate’s arrest and confinement record for information relevant to the inmate’s medical, dental, psychiatric, and psychological health care and treatment. Such records may be accessed through the records clerk in medical and include the following personnel: Any IDOC employee providing health services or mental health services. Any Contracted employee providing health services or mental health services. By court order. By approval from the Records Custodian according to the Public Records Act.
