Purpose The purpose of this field memorandum is to provide specific guidelines that are unique to this facility in order to fully implement standard operating procedure316.02.01.001. General Statement This field memorandum is subject to revision at the discretion of the warden of this facility, chief of the Operations Division (or designee), or director of the Idaho Department of Correction. Any one of these persons may revise, suspend, or rescind any procedural steps, at any time, at hissole discretion. TABLE OF CONTENTS1. Guidelines12. Reference1 GUIDELINES Answered concerns (white copy) will be retained in each work area for a period of two years. Locked boxes for confidential grievances are located in each housing unit. The Grievance Coordinator or designee is assigned to pick up grievances Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The ISCC grievance coordinator will be designated or assigned by the ISCC Administrative Assistant. The ISCC grievance coordinator will maintain hard copies of grievances for five years.
