Purpose
The purpose of this field memorandum is to provide specific guidelines that are unique to this facility in order to fully implement standard operating procedure 146.00.01.001
General Statement
This field memorandum is subject to revision at the discretion of the [warden or manager] of this facility, chief of the Operations bureau (or designee), or director of the Idaho Department
of Correction. Any one of these persons may revise, suspend, or rescind any procedural steps, at any time, at his sole discretion.
General requirements
Staff assigned as an ILETS approved operator will familiarize themselves with SOP 146.00.01.001 ILETS: Idaho Public Safety and Security Information System. ISCC will have a minimum of
one TAC that will be assigned by the facility head.
ILETS is only to be used and view by approved ILETS users and will not be shown to Inmates or other personnel that have not been authorized by the facility head and/or have not had the
approved ILETS training.
ILETS LOCATIONS
Areas approved to have ILETS access is Central Control, Investigations and Records/AA1staff.
